Two PeaceRep research impact case studies have been recognised by REF2021.
The Research Excellence Framework (REF) is the UK’s system for assessing the quality of research in UK higher education institutions, and is undertaken approximately every six to seven years.
As a research programme based at Edinburgh Law School, we are incredibly proud to see PeaceRep and Edinburgh Law School recognised in the REF2021 assessment.

PeaceRep contributed two case studies to the Edinburgh Law School submission, based on work undertaken in our previous phase as the Political Settlements Research Programme and supported by the UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO). More information will be published when the full case studies are released.
We are proud to be part of Edinburgh Law School and delighted to see the School recognised for the strength of its research environment, outputs, and impact. We look forward to continuing to support peace and transitions processes as PeaceRep: The Peace and Conflict Resolution Evidence Platform.
PeaceRep is grateful for funding provided by the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO), UK.
