Strand III: Regional Responses to Covid-19
In this strand of our work with the Covid Collective, we will provide new data and documentary analysis techniques to understand new limitations on where and how internationals support both peace processes and pandemic responses, are re-shaping the role and capacity of regional organisations in the conflict and health realms, and how new forms of regional coordination are playing out in-country. This strand consists of one project outlined below.
Regional Responses
Dr Sanja Badanjak will conduct innovative AI searching of regional policy documents and social media, to also pull data on regional responses to Covid-19.
Dr Kathryn Nash will continue to document how regional actors are responding, in Africa and Asia, and add the Middle East to this analysis, complementing the Syria work. Read more about the regional responses project.
