Content

  • Convert navigational sentence links to word/phrase buttons
  • Check page content doesn’t have Word/paste span markup (e.g.country-findings)
  • Portfolios : import as posts with ‘Project’ category; check links before live
  • Topic block in page footers ; use CTA to Topic page instead
  • Alert for tautology and padding-words in overview paras, e.g ‘focused centrally’; DiMMeR (Don’t Make Me Read)
  • target:_blank links; delete, unless v good reason; provide back-nav on page
  • Differentiate/separate between int/ext links
  • Return to all projects– confusing; arr. from Themes; ‘View all’
  • C19: ‘Digital trackers, tools, publications, and blogs’ icon/cats for display

Publications

  • Convert ‘publication’ cat. pages to posts;
  • Bulk select > Edit pages (watch for limits/page time-out = 100 seems to be fine)
  • Add ‘swap-cat’ category
  • Check AIOSEO score is updated/visible – use bulk edit > update?
  • Do we move WP CFs to ACF? Doable, but only Posts Table uses them?

CSS

Style table better: more neutral headers with colour hints/icons; larger thumbs;
