PSRP welomes new Train@Ed Fellow

PSRP is proud to welcome Dr Devanjan Bhattacharya as the new Train@Ed Postdoctoral Fellow.

TRAIN@Ed is an ambitious new postdoctoral fellowship scheme providing researchers from around the world the opportunity to develop their career in one of the world’s leading universities. Each Fellow will take part in a dedicated skills development programme designed to help the Fellow establish a sustainable career in research.

Devanjan will be working with the PSRP and PeaceTech, focussing on collaborative map visualisations for participation and mediation in peace processes, along with the School of Informatics and the School of Design.

Devanjan holds a PhD and Masters degree in Geomatics Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee. His background is in information technology, geographical information systems(GIS), mapping, expert system and knowledge based application development, software development.
