Covid, Emergencies and Transitions: The Impact of Emergency Law Responses to Covid-19 in Fragile Settings
Emergency law responses to Covid-19 have affected peace and transition processes in predictable and unpredictable ways, and this session looks at the consequences for levels of violent conflict and democratic consolidation.
