PSRP researcher secures Edinburgh Teaching Award

The Political Settlements Research Programme is delighted to announce that PSRP postdoctoral fellow Dr Kathryn Nash has recently successfully secured the Edinburgh Teaching Award.

Dr Nash is a postdoctoral research fellow with the Political Settlements Research Program (PRSP). She completed her PhD at the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), University of London. Her research focuses on norms, the role of regions in the international community, and peace and security issues.

The award also now makes Dr Nash a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. Becoming a Fellow of the HEA provides national recognition of a commitment to professionalism in teaching and learning in higher education. The Edinburgh Teaching Award is open to all staff within the University who have roles which relate to teaching and/or supporting learning.
